The Council
of Europe Resolution 1205 The Parliamentary Assembly of the Council
of Europe unanimously passed Resolution
1205 on 5 November 1999, which called for the restitution of looted Jewish

International Forum Declaration on Holocaust Era Looted Cultural Assets
The Vilnius International Forum took place
in 2000 as a follow-up to the Washington Conference on Holocaust-Era Assets. The
conference culminated in the Vilnius

Parliament Resolution and Report was drawn up by the European Parliament's Committee
on Legal Affairs and the Internal Market, and was passed in a vote of the European
